3-4 Clutch: Disassembly
- Remove the thrust bearing.
- Remove the 3-4 clutch pressure plate snap ring.

- Remove the 3-4 clutch pressure plate.

- Remove the 3-4 clutch disc pack.

- Use Clutch Spring Compressor to remove the 3-4 clutch return spring snap ring.
- Install Clutch Spring Compressor and compress the 3-4 clutch piston spring. Compress the 3-4 clutch piston spring only enough to remove the snap ring.
- Remove the 3-4 clutch return spring snap ring.

- Remove the (A) 3-4 clutch piston spring retainer and the (B) 3-4 clutch piston spring.

- Use Leak Check Adapter to remove the direct clutch piston.
- Install Leak Check Adapter to the 3-4 clutch cylinder.
- Apply compressed air through Leak Check Adapter and remove the 3-4 clutch piston. Apply a maximum air pressure of 390 kPa (57 psi).

- Remove the (A) 3-4 clutch piston large seal and the (B) 3-4 clutch piston inner seal.
