Removal & Installation

- Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove driver side front and rear scuff plates. Remove safety belt retractor bolts. Lifting from bottom of left "B" pillar, remove left "B" pillar and set aside.
- Disconnect Parking Aid Module (PAM) and parking aid speaker connectors. Remove parking aid speaker screws. Remove PAM screws. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten safety belt and retractor bolts to 25-33 ft. lbs. (34-45 N.m).
