Front Brake Caliper: Assembly

  1. Lubricate each cylinder bore, the piston seals, brake caliper pistons, and the dust boots with brake fluid.
  2. Install the brake caliper piston seals.
  3. Install the dust boots.
  4. Install the brake caliper piston.
  5. Install the bleeder screw and bleeder screw cap.
    • Tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
  6. Install the brake caliper. For additional information, refer to BRAKE CALIPER .
