Speed Control Deactivator Switch: Installation

- Install the deactivator switch.
- Add a few drops of brake fluid to the fluid port on the threaded side of the switch before installing it.
- Tighten to 18 Nm (13 lb-ft).
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Check the master cylinder fluid level and adjust as necessary.
- Connect the battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES article.
CAUTION:
Do not allow brake fluid to contact the electrical connector.
