Cable - Shift: Removal

Remove the transmission control selector dial bezel; refer to BEZEL - TRANSMISSION CONTROL SELECTOR DIAL .
Remove the powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650) and the bracket; refer to POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE .
Remove the air bag diagnostic monitor (14B056) and the bracket; refer to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .
Remove the gearshift lever cable nut.

Remove the cable floorpan bracket bolts.

Remove the cable bulkhead bracket nuts.

Remove the (A) transmission range switch cable nut and the (B) control cable front clamp (7713).

Remove the shift cable and bracket (7E395) from inside the vehicle.
