Shift Lever - Boot: Removal

NOTE: Zetec shown, S/R series similar

Turn the knob in a counterclockwise direction and remove the gearshift lever knob.

Remove the floor console; refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE .
Remove the screws and the gearshift lever boot (7277).
