Cylinder Head Distortion

GENERAL EQUIPMENT

Feeler Gauge
Straightedge
  1. Using a straightedge and feeler gauge, measure the cylinder head distortion.
    • Measure the mating face distortion.
    • If the value is not to specification, rework the mating face.
