Reverse Clutch: Disassembly

  1. Remove the reverse clutch pack assembly.
    1. Remove the reverse clutch pressure plate retaining snap ring.
    2. Remove the reverse clutch pressure plate.
    3. Remove the clutch pack.
    4. Remove the wave spring.

    CAUTION: Do not fully compress the spring retainer.

  3. Use the special tool, remove the snap ring.
  4. Remove the reverse clutch support and spring.

  5. Remove the reverse clutch piston.

  6. Remove the reverse clutch piston outer seal.

  7. Remove the reverse clutch piston inner seal.
