Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM)

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
    3. NOTE: The fuel pump driver module (FPDM) is located on the top of the LH frame rail near the fuel tank filler pipe.
  3. Disconnect the FPDM electrical connector.
  4. Remove the bolts and the FPDM.
    • To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
