NOTE: The cylinder head bolts are torque-to-yield and must not be reused. New cylinder head bolts must be installed

First Pass 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
Second Pass 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.)
Third Pass 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.)
Fourth Pass 90°
Final Pass 90°

Head Gasket Surface Flatness 0.1 mm/general 0.05 mm/200 x 200 (0.004 in./general) (0.0019 in./7.87 x 7.87)





Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts
First Pass tighten one turn at a time until tight
Second Pass 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.)
Final Pass 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.)

Camshaft Sprocket Bolts 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.)





Exhaust Manifold Nuts 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.)

Intake Manifold Bolts 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.)
