Oil Cooler: Installation

  1. Using new gaskets, install the oil cooler and the 6 bolts.
    • Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
  2. Connect the 2 coolant hoses to the oil cooler.
  3. Install the LH catalytic converter. For additional information, refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM .
  4. Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
