Spring Lock Couplings: Connect
CAUTION:
Make sure the fuel tube clicks into place when installing the tube. To make sure that the fuel tube is fully seated, pull on the tube.
- Inspect and clean both spring lock coupling ends. Install new O-ring seals and garter springs if necessary.
- Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean engine oil.
- Fit the male fitting into the female end and push until the garter spring snaps over the flared end of the female end.
- Make sure the spring lock coupling is engaged by pulling on the lines.
- Install the fuel tube safety clip.
