Using the special tool and a press, remove and discard the overdrive clutch balance piston retaining ring.

Remove and discard the outer O-ring seal on the overdrive clutch balance piston.

Remove and discard both the inner (one large and one small) O-ring seals on the overdrive clutch apply piston.

NOTE: The roller bearing may stick to the forward clutch assembly.
