- CONNECT the diagnostic tool. SELECT the instrument cluster warning lamps and chime active command and trigger the chimes on.
- If the chimes do not sound, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
. TEST the system for normal operation.
- If the chimes sound, INSTALL a new SJB. REFER to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
. TEST the system for normal operation.

- The headlamps on warning chime is inoperative

- CHECK the operation of the instrument cluster illumination.
- If the instrument cluster illumination operates correctly, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

- If the instrument cluster illumination does not operate correctly, REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND PANEL ILLUMINATION
