Disassembly And Assembly Of Subassemblies: Differential: Assembly

NOTE: New taper roller bearings can be installed without any treatment.

Lubricate with transmission fluid during reassembly.
Install the gear to the differential, then install the ring gear bolts.
- Tighten the bolts in a star pattern to 88 Nm (65 lb-ft).
Install the trigger wheel in the housing recess. Using the special tools, install the differential bearing. Turn the differential over and install the other differential bearing.
