Transmission Range (TR) Sensor Adjustment

	Alignment Gauge TR Sensor	307-351 (T97L-70010-A)

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING article.
Set the parking brake.
Loosen the clamps and remove the air cleaner tube.

Remove the air cleaner assembly. For additional information, refer to FUEL CHARGING AND CONTROLS article.

Using the special tool, align the digital TR sensor and tighten the bolts.
- Tighten to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).

Verify that the selector lever cable is correctly adjusted. For additional information, refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE/TRANSMISSION EXTERNAL CONTROLS article.
Connect the digital TR range sensor electrical connector.

Install the air cleaner assembly. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILTERING article.

Check for correct vehicle operation. Verify that the vehicle starts in the PARK and NEUTRAL positions ant the reverse lamps illuminate in REVERSE.
