Timing chain tensioner bolts 10 Nm (89 inch lbs).

Crankshaft Pulley Bolt

Do not reuse the crankshaft pulley bolt.

The crankshaft must remain in the TDC position during installation of the pulley bolt or damage to the engine can occur. Therefore, the crankshaft pulley must be held in place with the special tool and the bolt should be installed using hand tools only.

First pass 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs).
Final pass Rotate additional 90°

Front Cover Bolts





First pass: 8 mm bolts 10 Nm (89 inch lbs).
Second pass: 10 mm bolts 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs).
Final pass: 13 mm bolts 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs).
