Steering Angle Sensor Module (SASM): Removal
- Remove the clockspring. For additional information, refer to SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM article.
- Remove the 2 steering angle sensor module (SASM) bolts.
- Disconnect the SASM electrical connector and remove the steering wheel rotation sensor.
