NOTE: DTCs listed as "on-demand" set during the scan tool on-demand self-test. On-demand DTCs are hard fault (always present) conditions.
DTCs listed as "continuous" are continuous memory DTCs (CMDTCs) which are set when a fault is present during normal module operation. These DTCs may either be intermittently present (which will clear) or may be hard-fault (always present) conditions.
