Liftgate/Trunk Module (LTM)









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the LH rear quarter trim panel.

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the Liftgate/Trunk Module (LTM) retaining bolt.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

3. NOTICE: Do not pull the Liftgate/Trunk Module (LTM) straight up or damage may occur to the mounting mechanism.

Carefully rotate the LTM bracket approximately 45 degrees to release the mount and then pull up to remove the module.





4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Initialize the power liftgate. For additional information, refer to Power Liftgate Initialization Programming and Relearning.
