ISSUE
Some 2010 Fusion Hybrid and Milan Hybrid vehicles may exhibit the service engine soon lamp illuminated and accompanied by diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0400 for exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) flow.

ACTION
Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 62.14 and higher or 63.03 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2008.9 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
