Module Controlled Functions

NOTE: The Smart Junction Box (SJB) is also known as the Generic Electronic Module (GEM).

The SJB is the only multifunction electronic module on this vehicle and is located under the RH kick panel trim panel. The SJB is a combination of a multifunction electronic module and a Central Junction Box (CJB). The following systems are controlled by the SJB:

- Accessory delay relay
- Battery saver relay
- Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) (if equipped)
- Fog lamp relay
- Horn relay
- Illuminated entry and interior lighting
- Parking lamps
- Power door locks (if equipped)
- Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) system (if equipped)
- Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) (if equipped)
