Module Controlled Functions

The Generic Electronic Module (GEM) is located under the instrument panel (in front of the Central Junction Box (CJB)) on the driver side and it controls the following functions:

- Door ajar warning indicator
- Exterior lighting
- Front and rear wipers
- Horn
- Interior lighting
- Power door lock system
- Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) system
- Warning chimes and warning lamps
