  • The vehicle does not start with the scan tool connected to the Data Link Connector (DLC) and/or multiple malfunction indicators are only on when the scan tool is connected to the DLC  .

  • REFER to the appropriate Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) manual INTRODUCTION , Section 5, pinpoint test QA before proceeding to Pinpoint Test A  . If pinpoint test QA has been completed, GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
  • The ABS module does not respond to the scan tool
