Stability/Traction Control Switch

The stability/traction control switch can be used by the driver to disable and enable the traction control portion of the AdvanceTrac® system. The Instrument Cluster (IC) houses 2 indicators to alert the driver of the system status. The conventional ABS cannot be disabled through the use of the stability/traction control switch.

The AdvanceTrac® system cannot be disabled when a MyKey™-restricted key is in use that has the AdvanceTrac® always-on feature configured "on". For information about MyKey™, refer to ANTI-THEFT - PASSIVE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM (PATS) .
