Removal

1. Remove the lock cylinder bezel.

1. Insert a non-marring tool between the ignition lock cylinder bezel and the instrument panel and pry outward.






2. Insert the ignition key and position the lock cylinder to the ACC position.

3. Remove the ignition lock cylinder.

1. Using a 90° pick tool, press the ignition lock cylinder release pin on the topside of the ignition lock cylinder housing, while pulling the ignition key outward.






Installation

1. Insert the ignition lock cylinder into the lock cylinder housing until the retention pin engages into the lock cylinder housing.

2. Verify proper installation by rotating the key through all positions and pulling back out on the key to make sure the lock cylinder does not pull out.

3. Install the ignition lock cylinder bezel.
