Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoid

Removal

1. Remove the valve cover. REFER to Valve Cover .

2. Remove the 2 bolts and the VCT (Variable Camshaft Timing) oil control solenoids.

Installation

1. NOTE: Lubricate the VCT (Variable Camshaft Timing) oil control solenoids with clean engine oil.
Install the 2 VCT (Variable Camshaft Timing) oil control solenoids and the 2 bolts.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

2. Install the valve cover. REFER to Valve Cover .
