Front Disc Brake: Installation

NOTE: Do not apply anti-seize to wheel studs or incorrect tightening of the wheel nuts may occur.

Using the specified brake parts cleaner, clean and dry the brake disc-to-wheel hub mounting surface, then apply a thin coat of the specified anti-seize where indicated.

NOTE: Make sure the brake disc is clean and free of any foreign material.

Install the brake disc.
Position the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly and the brake caliper anchor plate bolts.
- Tighten to 133 Nm (98 lb-ft).
Install the wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to WHEELS AND TIRES .
- Apply brakes several times to verify correct brake operation.
