HVAC Module
NOTE:
Some PCM and Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) DTCs may inhibit A/C operation. If any PCM or IPCDTCs are retrieved, diagnose those first. Refer to the PCM DTC Chart or the INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) DTC CHART.

| DTC | Description | Action to Take |
|---|---|---|
| 1-0 | Recirculation Button Performance | If the RECIRC button is held for more than 2 minutes, this DTC sets. ATTEMPT to clean buttons. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If DTC returns, INSTALL a new HVAC module. REFER to CLIMATE CONTROL . TEST the system for normal operation. |
| 1-1 | Diagnostics Mode Entered - No DTC Set | This DTC indicates that no HVAC faults are present at this time. |
| 1-2 | A/C Button Performance | If the A/C button is held for more than 2 minutes, this DTC sets. ATTEMPT to clean buttons. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If code returns, INSTALL a new HVAC module. REFER to CLIMATE CONTROL . TEST the system for normal operation. |
