DTC U0159: Lost Communication With Parking Assist Control Module A: Description

NOTE: The parking assist control module is integral to the parking aid module.

The PSCM monitors the HS-CAN bus when the ignition has been on for more than 5 seconds, when the voltage to the PSCM is greater than 9 volts and when there are no DTCs present that are inhibiting PSCM operation.

DTC U0159:00 (Lost Communication With Parking Assist Control Module A: No Sub Type Information) - This DTC sets if communication between the PSCM and the Parking Aid Module (PAM) module fails. if the steering angle request message from the PAM is missing for 250 ms this DTC sets.
