Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Transmitter Programming: Programming
NOTE:
All RKE
transmitters must be programmed at the same time. Entering the programming mode erases all previously programmed RKE
transmitters (Integrated Keyhead Transmitters (IKTs) and key fobs). The PATS
portion of the programmed Integrated Keyhead Transmitters (IKTs) is unaffected.

- Close all the doors.
- Buckle the front safety belts.
- Use the door lock control switch to unlock the doors.
- Cycle the ignition from OFF to RUN to OFF 8 times in rapid succession (within 10 seconds), with the last turn ending in OFF.

NOTE: The chime is not heard if the vehicle has not been transitioned from transport to NORMAL mode.NOTE: If no action is taken within 10 seconds after entering programming mode or after a transmitter has been programmed, the programming sequence ends.
Within 10 seconds, press any button on the RKE transmitter to be programmed until a chime sounds to confirm the RKE transmitter is programmed. After the first RKE transmitter is programmed, press a button on each subsequent RKE transmitter to be programmed (each within 10 seconds of each other).

NOTE: Programming mode ends when:
- the ignition transitions to RUN.
- 10 seconds elapse since entering programming mode or since the last RKE transmitter was programmed).
- the maximum number (8) of RKE transmitters have been programmed.
Check the operation of the RKE transmitters. If the door locks do not respond for the programmed RKE transmitter(s), wait several seconds and press the button again. If the door locks still fail to respond, Refer to: LOCKS, LATCHES AND ENTRY SYSTEMS .
