Throttle Body: Installation
NOTE:
Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Install the TB and install the TB bolts In the following 2 stages.- Stage 1: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
- 3.NOTE: When connecting the TB electrical connector engage the red connector locking tab after fully installing the Throttle Body (TB) electrical connector. The red tab will not slide forward unless the TB electrical connector is fully installed.
Connect the TB electrical connector and connect the wire harness retainer to the TB.

Connect the TB inlet pipe, tighten the TB inlet pipe clamp to 5.0 Nm (44 lb-in).

Connect the quick connect coupling, refer to Fuel System General Information .
