Possible Causes
- Network communication concern
- CCM
- AP1:
- Ignition ON, engine OFF.
- Carry out the ABS self-test.
- Carry out the C-CM self-test.
- Are any DTCs besides C0072:xx present?
Yes No DIAGNOSE all other DTCs first. Go to AP2. - AP2: RECHECK DTC C0072:XX
- Ignition OFF.
- Allow the vehicle to cool for 30 minutes.
- Ignition ON, engine OFF.
- Carry out the ABS self-test.
- Carry out the C-CM self-test.
- Is DTC C0072:xx still present?
Yes No INSTALL a new CCM. REFER to CRUISE CONTROL (EXCEPT ELECTRIC) . The system is operating correctly at this time. The DTC may have been set due to high network traffic or an intermittent fault condition.
