In-Vehicle Temperature Sensor: Removal

1.

Remove the lower steering column cover screws and the lower steering column cover.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

2.

Remove the bolts and the steering column reinforcement panel.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

3.

Remove the in-vehicle temperature sensor in the following sequence.
- 1.
  
  Disconnect the in-vehicle temperature sensor electrical connector.
- 2.
  
  Disconnect the aspirator hose.
- 3.
  
  Detach the in-vehicle temperature sensor from the instrument panel finish panel.
