Rear View Mirrors - Overview: Overview: Interior

The interior rear view mirror manually or automatically darkens to reduce the glare of headlights from behind the vehicle during nighttime conditions.

The vehicle may be equipped with one of the following interior rear view mirrors:

• Manual interior day/night rear view mirror with single pivot adjustment
• Auto-dimming interior rear view mirror with single pivot adjustment

The interior rear view mirror mounts to the bracket at the upper center of the windshield glass. The mirror can be adjusted left, right, up and down.

Depending on vehicle options, some interior mirrors are equipped with an integral video display for the parking aid camera. Refer to: Parking Aid - System Operation and Component Description .
