DTC C1B00: Steering Angle Sensor

Failure Action
49 INSTALL a new SCCM.
61 INSTALL a new SCCM.
62 INSTALL a new SCCM.
64 This DTC sets if the steering sensor angle message indicates a turning velocity greater than 3, 000 degrees per second or a turning velocity acceleration greater than 40, 000 degrees per second. Using a diagnostic scan tool, CLEAR the DTCs. CYCLE the ignition from ON to OFF and back to ON. DRIVE the vehicle and make at lest 1 left turn and 1 right turn. RETRIEVE the SCCM DTCs. If the DTC returns, INSTALL a new SCCM.
81 INSTALL a new SCCM.
85 SET the front wheels to the straight-ahead position. CARRY OUT the Clockspring Adjustment General Procedure, REFER to the Supplemental Restraints System article. CLEAR the SCCM DTCs. CYCLE the ignition from ON to OFF and back to ON> DRIVE the vehicle and carry out at least 1 left turn and 1 right turn. RETRIEVE the SCCM DTCs. If the DTC returns, INSTALL a new SCCM.
92 INSTALL a new SCCM.
96 INSTALL a new SCCM.
