Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition SOBDMC P0E59:00 DC/DC Converter Temperature Sensor "C" Circuit Range/Performance: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets if the inductor temperature sensor circuit is higher than a calibrated range. Possible Sources
- Transmission inductor
- CQ1 CHECK FOR INVERTER SYSTEM CONTROLLER (ISC) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the Inverter System Controller (ISC) self-test.
Are any other DTCs other than P0E59:00 present?
Yes DIAGNOSE all other Inverter System Controller (ISC) DTCs, REFER to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Chart . No GO to CQ2 - CQ2 RECHECK FOR INVERTER SYSTEM CONTROLLER (ISC) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, clear the Inverter System Controller (ISC) DTCs.
- Cold soak the vehicle at ambient temperature for at least 6 hours.
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the Inverter System Controller (ISC) self-test.
Is P0E59:00 the only DTC present?
Yes CHECK OASIS for any applicable service articles: TSB, GSB, SSM or FSA. If a service article exists for this concern, DISCONTINUE this test and FOLLOW the service article instructions. If no service articles address this concern, INSTALL a new Inductor REFER to: Transmission . No The system is operating correctly at this time. The DTC may have been set due to high network traffic or an intermittent fault condition.
