Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

The ABS module carries out self tests during operation, the module also monitors various inputs and compares the values to what should be expected. If the values received are out of range, are not what is expected, or if any of the self tests fail, the ABS module sets a DTC. 

PPT Y ABS MODULE DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITIONS

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
C0001:01 TCS Control Channel "A" Valve 1: General Electrical Failure This DTC sets when the ABS module detects a failure of the initernal low-side driver for the hydraulic valve solenoid.
C0002:01 TCS Control Channel "A" Valve 2: General Electrical Failure This DTC sets when the ABS module detects a failure of the initernal low-side driver for the hydraulic valve solenoid.
C0003:01 TCS Control Channel "B" Valve 1: General Electrical Failure This DTC sets when the ABS module detects a failure of the initernal low-side driver for the hydraulic valve solenoid.
C0004:01 TCS Control Channel "B" Valve 2: General Electrical Failure This DTC sets when the ABS module detects a failure of the initernal low-side driver for the hydraulic valve solenoid.
U3000:49 Control Module: Internal Electronic Failure Sets when the ABS module detects an internal hardware fault.
PPT Y ABS MODULE DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITIONS

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
C1B11:71 Pressure Control Valve: Actuator Stuck Sets when the ABS module detects an unwanted opening or closing of the pressure control valve. This is most likely due to an internal failure of the HCU.
P1711:64 Synchronization: Signal Plausibility Failure The ABS module monitors the linear actuation motor during operations. The rotational speed and current of the motor is monitored when the motor is spinning-down. If the information is not within specifications or if there is no motor movement, this DTC is set.
U3000:00 Control Module: No Sub Type Information Sets when the ABS module detects an internal hardware fault.
U3000:49 Control Module: Internal Electronic Failure Sets when the ABS module detects an internal hardware fault.
U3000:4B Control Module: Over Temperature Sets when the ABS module detects an internal hardware fault.
U3000:96 Control Module: Component Internal Failure Sets when the ABS module detects an internal hardware fault.

C0004:01 TCS Control Channel "B" Valve 2: General Electrical Failure This DTC sets when the ABS module detects a failure of the initernal low-side driver for the hydraulic valve solenoid.
