DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition SOBDMC P0A7D:00 Hybrid/EV Battery Pack State of Charge Low: No Sub Type Information The Inverter System Controller (ISC) is not allowed to charge the high voltage battery if the gear selector is left in NEUTRAL. This DTC sets when the battery state of charge falls below a calibrated threshold while the gear selector is in NEUTRAL and the Inverter System Controller (ISC) shuts down the vehicle to conserve energy. Possible Sources
- Inverter System Controller (ISC)
- CE1 CHECK FOR INVERTER SYSTEM CONTROLLER (ISC) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
- Ignition ON.
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, run the Inverter System Controller (ISC) self-test.
Is DTCs P0A7D:00 the only DTC read from the Inverter System Controller (ISC)?
Yes Inform the customer not to leave the vehicle in NEUTRAL for an extended period of time. Doing so will not allow the HV battery to charge and will eventually get discharged. No DIAGNOSE all other Inverter System Controller (ISC) DTCs, REFER to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Chart .
