Oil Pressure Control Solenoid: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting .
  2. Disconnect the oil pressure control solenoid electrical connector and harness retainer.

  3. NOTE: Before installation, lubricate the oil pressure control solenoid O-ring seal with clean engine oil.

    Remove the retainer and the oil pressure control solenoid.

    Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
