Ignition Coil-On-Plug: Installation

- Inspect the ignition coil-on-plug assembly for cracks, rips, or tears. Replace any damaged coil-on-plug assemblies as needed.

- Install the ignition coil-on-plugs.
- Install and tighten the ignition coil-on-plug retainers.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

- Attach the left wire harness retainer to the rear ignition coil on plug mounting studbolt.
- Connect the left ignition coil on plug electrical connectors.
- Connect the left spark plug wires to the ignition coil on plugs.

- Attach the right wire harness retainer to the rear ignition coil on plug mounting studbolt.
- Connect the right ignition coil on plug electrical connectors.
- Connect the right spark plug wires to the ignition coil on plugs.
- Connect the crankcase breather hose quick connect fitting. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling
.
- Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe .
