Gear Shift Module (GSM): Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Open the console door.

On LH side.Release the clips and remove the floor console upper side trim panel.

On RH side.Release the clips and remove the floor console upper side trim panel.

1. Remove the screws.
2. Release the clips and position the floor console top trim panel up.

NOTE: Keyed vehicle is shown, keyless vehicle is similar.

Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the floor console top trim plate.

Remove the bolts and the GSM.
Torque: 2.5 Nm
