Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) Sensor (Metro & Tracker)

Remove MAT sensor from intake manifold. Connect an ohmmeter across MAT sensor terminals. While checking resistance across terminals of MAT sensor, use hot water, ice or ice water to bring temperature to specified range. See MANIFOLD AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR RESISTANCE VALUES table. If MAT sensor resistance is not as specified, replace sensor.
