Installation Procedure

  1. Position the chassis fuel feed line (2) to the vehicle.
  2. Engage the fuel feed line to the clips (1).

  3. Connect the chassis fuel feed line quick connect fitting to the fuel tank line. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  4. Connect the chassis fuel feed line quick connect fitting (2) to the engine line. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Inspect for leaks using the following procedure:
    1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF for 2 seconds.
    2. Turn OFF the ignition, for 10 seconds.
    3. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
    4. Inspect for fuel leaks.
