Diagnostic Code Output

  1. Locate Total Diagnostic Communication Link (TDCL) under left side of instrument cluster. See Figure. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between terminals "Tc" and "E1" of TDCL.
  2. Reading should be battery voltage. If voltage is correct, go to next inspection item shown on matrix chart in Figure or Figure . If voltage is not correct, go to WIRING HARNESS.
