Neutral/Start Switch & Starter Operational Check

Ensure starter operates normally and engine starts. If starter operates correctly and engine starts, go to INPUT SIGNAL CHECK. If starter does not operate correctly, trouble shoot starter circuit. See appropriate STARTER article.
