Throttle Cable Adjustments
- Throttle cable clearance is 0-.04" (0-1 mm). On LS400, remove throttle body cover. On ES250, depress accelerator pedal to floor. Ensure throttle valve opens completely. On LS400, ensure throttle valve is fully closed. Ensure inner cable is not slack.
- On ES250, fully depress accelerator pedal. On all models, measure distance between end of boot and stopper on cable. See Fig 1. Adjust as necessary. On LS400, install throttle body cover.
