Coolant Temperature Sensor (SC400)

  1. Remove coolant temperature sensor from lower left side of radiator.
  2. Heat temperature switch in water to approximately 176°F (80°C). Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminals. Resistance should be 1480-1580 ohms. Replace sensor if resistance is not as specified.
