Neutral/Start Switch & Starter Operational Check

Ensure starter operates normally and engine starts. If starter operates correctly and engine starts, go to NEUTRAL/START SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL CHECK belor. If starter does not operate correctly, trouble shoot starter circuit. See appropriate STARTER article in ELECTRICAL section.
