Stoplight Switch Input Signal Check
- Perform INPUT SIGNAL CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING. On ES300, SC300 and SC400, cruise control indicator light should go off when brake pedal is depressed. On LS400, cruise control indicator light should generate a 6-pulse signal when brake pedal is depressed.
- If indicator light functions as indicated, go to next inspection item shown on matrix chart. See Figure, Figure or Figure . If indicator light does not function as indicated, go to VOLTAGE CHECK below.
